There is interactivity and knowledge checks, which makes the learning experience aesthetically engaging but also effectively breaks down the content into easily digestible segments.The content has a friendly tone and a narrative that encourages learners to stay engaged. This structure allows Med Pro employees to absorb and retain the essential principles of effective communication in alignment with the company’s T.A.L.K acronym.
